This policy explains how NEX sends promotional and marketing communications, how you can control them, and what you agree to when you create an account.
What counts as promotional email
Promotional messages may include:
- Announcements about new features, events, or platform updates
- Highlights of uploads, creators, or community content
- Occasional marketing about NEX products and services
Transactional email (account verification, password reset, moderation notices, and security alerts) is not promotional and may still be sent when required to operate your account.
Your choices
- After sign-up, you can turn marketing emails on or off anytime in Dashboard → Settings → Marketing emails.
- Marketing messages include an unsubscribe link where applicable.
- Opting out of marketing does not affect essential account or security email.

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read this Promotional Policy and understand how NEX may contact you for promotional purposes. You may change your marketing preferences at any time in account settings.
